Eligibility for Returns

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. To ensure a smooth return, items should be unused if it is damaged, in their original packaging, and include all accessories. A valid proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required. For items that arrive damaged, please include photos or videos with your return request so we can process it efficiently.

  • Downloadable products

  • Personalized or custom orders

  • Certain high-value electronics unless labeled Free Returns

Free Returns

Items marked with Free Returns can be sent back within 90 days of purchase, and the first return per order is free. To make the process smooth, please submit your return request via the Order Support option in the Contact Form. Free Returns labels override most product exclusions, but all packaging and documentation requirements still apply.

Damaged Package/Product Note

If your item arrives with a damaged package, please do not open it. Provide clear photos or videos showing the damage with your return request. This helps us review the situation quickly and coordinate with the shipping company if needed.

Return Procedure

  • Submit a return request via the Order Support option in the Contact Form within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include photos or videos of product(s); the packaging must remain unopened for damaged delivered product(s).

  • Once the return is approved, return the item in its original condition, unused, with all packaging and accessories.

  • Once you return the product, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
